it's at 21 feet right now, crested at 22 feet a few hours ago. flood stage 15 feet. so this is way, way, way up. just look at that street sign right there. this is pine cliff park, a very popular park here in frederick and we can't even get to it because the entire road back there, all the parking lots completely flooded out. yesterday, i want to show you guys some pictures of probably the absolute worst of this flooding because it was when two people tried to cross some of these flooded out fields. they were trying to cross them on a boat and they got stuck in the raging waters. and they had to be rescued. pretty dramatic images. they were okay. fire crews came out and were able to take them out on a boat and they were just final. but it goes to -- just fine. but it goes to show you how dangerous these waters can be. even a boat, raft, jet skis, you don't want to do it. even when you're driving, you can see pitch black out here. and we were just driving down this hill and this water comes out of nowhere. there's no lights. there was one cone but it's so easy to miss
